Re-order Prescription
All requests for prescriptions must be done by using our online facility or email your request to: info@bridgemedicalpractice.ie We will not accept phone requests for repeat prescriptions.
Please ensure you list ALL the medications that you require (and dosages if possible). We can only provide prescriptions for the medications which are on your repeat prescription.
From time to time, as the Doctor reviews your prescriptions, you may be requested to attend the surgery for review of both your medications and yourself. In most cases a review is required every six months.
Please allow AT LEAST 48 HOURS for us to prepare your prescription, as your medications and doses need to be checked and emailed to the chemist.
